The New Orleans Saints are becoming just as inconsistent of a team as the rest of their division, which includes the Carolina Panthers, Atlanta Falcons, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. After destroying what is left of the Indianapolis Colts without Peyton Manning, the Saints expected the same from the St. Louis Rams, but got head-butted out the stadium. They were completely dominated in all 4 quarters of the game, only scoring in the last 2 quarters after the game was pretty well decided. The Rams didn’t even have their starting Quarterback playing in the game. This just leaves many people baffled. How can a supposedly dominate team such as the New Orleans Saints get not only dominated, but dominated by a team that has not won a game before spoiling your day. What is it that has gotten this team going this way? If you really look back, the Saints never were just the team to win every game they should. When they won the Superbowl, they had their perfect season spoiled by the Dallas Cowboys. The next week they got beat by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Last year they got beat by the Cleveland Browns, and had their back-to-back playoff hopes spoiled by the Seattle Seahawks, who made history by being the team with the lowest record to ever make the playoffs. Remember all of those now? So should anybody with the Saints organization be worried? No, not really. The day they can get worried is when Drew Brees goes down, then they may be in the same boat Indianapolis is right now.
